In this webinar, the present state and future of the real estate industry were discussed, and it featured some top experts from the real estate and finance industry. In today’s article, we will be looking back at the 10 episodes of Bproperty Talks: Real Estate Reality and also look at how the webinar came to be.

It’s a webinar where different experts from the real estate industry come together and discuss the current state of the industry, as well as the financial aspects of it and what might come in the future of the industry. The main objective of this show is to provide our audience with an insightful and informative experience when watching this webinar.
Bproperty Talks: Real Estate Reality
Bproperty Talks was a weekly show, happening every Friday at 8 PM. The first episode of Bproperty Talks Season 2 aired on the 1st of May and the last episode aired on the 3rd of June. The webinar featured numerous distinguished guests and experts from the real estate industry. Let’s take a look at each of the episodes in detail.
Episode 1, 2, and 3
The first three episodes of Bproperty Talks discussed the current state of the real estate industry, and it featured the CEO of Bproperty, Mark Nosworthy.

Episode 4 – Managing in a Pandemic: Real Estate Developers
This episode of Bproperty Talks: Real Estate Reality deals with the pandemic from the point of view of real estate developers. The guests featured alongside the Bproperty CEO Mark Nosworthy in this episode were Mahir Ali Khan Ratul, Vice Chairman of Rupayan Group; M. Ariful Rahman Shazal, CEO of Assure Group; and Dr. Mohammad Alamgir Alam, Director (Sales & Marketing) of Jamuna Builders. Being part of some of the top developers in this country, the guests shared their experience of doing business during the pandemic.
Episode 5 – The Real Estate Scenario of Chattogram
Being the country’s top real estate services provider, Bproperty also has a strong presence in the port city of Chattogram. This episode was an in-depth discussion of the current state of the real estate sector in Chattogram. The guests in this episode were Rejbeen Ahsan, General Manager of Bproperty; Engr. This is why the sixth episode of Bproperty Talks: Real Estate Reality discussed the impact of the banking sector on real estate. Alongside our CEO, Mark Nosworthy, the episode features Syed Mahbubur Rahman, the Managing Director and CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd.
Episode 7 – Impacting the Land Scene
As time passes, the availability of land is decreasing and demand is increasing. The seventh episode of Bproperty Talks: Real Estate Reality addresses all the issues regarding the purchase and sale of land in Bangladesh. Together with the General Manager of Bproperty, Rejbeen Ahsan, this episode includes Engr. N. E. Khoda, the Managing Director of Marine Group, and Humayun Parvez Khan, Marketing and Sales Director of US Bangla Assets Ltd.
Episode 8 – Rental in Review
Rental Property makes up a huge chunk of the real estate sector. And when you’re talking about moving to a new home, shifting is an extremely important factor. This episode of Bproperty Talks: Real Estate Reality combines the world of rental homes and rental trucks for moving, featuring Nahid Ahmed Miaze, Manager of Rental and Business Solutions at Bproperty, and Anayet Rashed, CEO & Co-founder of Truck Lagbe Limited.
Episode 9 – Pressure on the Construction Material Front
Construction materials are the literal building blocks of the real estate sector. To build a home, you would first require cement, steel, and ceramic, amongst other things. And all these things can only be obtained from the construction materials industry. The ninth episode of Bproperty Talks: Real Estate Reality brings the plight of the construction materials industry to light in the midst of such harsh times. This episode features Bproperty’s General Manager Rejbeen Ahsan alongside distinguished guests from the construction materials industry. This episode features Nafis Shahnewaz, the Area Head of Dhaka Central at Bproperty; S M Kaikobad, Lecturer, Department of Architecture of BRAC University; and Engr. Md. Sanu Ahmed, Head of Department, Planning & Design from Anwar Landmark Ltd.
