Gulshan
Since the beginning of the millennia, Gulshan has seen an upward growth and has become the new commercial hub of Dhaka. The area is also one of the most upscale neighborhoods of the city offering a string of exclusivity and luxury with all the necessary facilities. Gulshan is also one of the most exclusive places to find a furnished home in Dhaka. Naturally, the cost of living in Gulshan is not cheap which has an average sq.ft price of BDT 15806. Hazaribagh
Hazaribagh may seem like an unexpected entry to the list but here it is. With a total number of 110 listings, this area can offer you plenty of choices when finding a furnished apartment in the city. This 3.58 square kilometer area is bounded by Dhanmondi, Lalmatia, Kamrangirchar, and the Buriganga River. The neighborhood of Hazaribagh offers you all necessary amenities and facilities and ensures excellent connectivity with the area it is adjacent to.
With an average price per sq.ft of BDT 4983, purchasing a furnished home in Hazaribagh is one of the most reasonable options that you can venture into. Also, with an average per sq.ft price of BDT 18, renting a furnished apartment is quite affordable in Hazaribagh.
Moghbazar
Moghbazar is the perfect place for both luxurious and affordable lifestyles. With amazing connectivity, plenty of renowned educational institutions, and healthcare services; this area is one of the most suitable places to settle down in and find a furnished home in Dhaka. Speaking of settling down, there are almost 215 furnished home listings in which 59 are up for purchasing and 156 are for rent.
The average price per sq.ft in Moghbazar for purchasing a furnished property is BDT 6268, and it is comparatively more reasonable than the areas it is adjacent to such as Tejgaon Industrial Area, New Eskaton, and Shiddheswari. Renting a furnished home is also very fair, with just an average price per sq.ft of BDT 19.
Mirpur
Mirpur is one of the most diverse places in Dhaka. Inhabiting almost 1,075,000 people, this is one of the city’s largest localities. With almost 271 listings, Mohammadpur has the most amount of furnished houses in Dhaka. According to Bproperty, there are currently 33 listings that are up for sale and 238 are up for rent. This area has arguably the most amount of housing communities in the capital including Pisciculture Housing Society, Mohammadia Housing Society, Baitul Aman Housing Society, Chand Miah Housing and many more on the horizon.
Since the area features one of the largest residential zones in Dhaka, from exclusively furnished apartments to affordable ones, there is no shortage of apartments. If you want to purchase a furnished apartment in Mohammadpur, the average price per sq.ft is about BDT 6016. Compared to Baridhara, Banani, and Uttara, the price is significantly lower and quite reasonable. On the other hand, renting a furnished home in this community is also not so high. The average price per sq.ft is BDT 18; if you want to rent a furnished home in the neighborhood.
