Women. One word that denotes beauty, flair and purity. Traits that symbolize women race in their front-most presence. However, are these enough to elucidate them entirely? The world has come a long way and over the centuries; women have made it possible to prove their intellect and dynamism through hard work and accomplishments.
Girls sitting back home doing household work and handling family and kids – is an old saga in a third-world country like Bangladesh. In this day and age, women are skewing forward to break the chains and forge their own identity. A Bangladeshi woman has to confront stacks of challenges and barriers restrained by religious and cultural aspects. Ironically, our womenfolk have overcome all the social complexities and setbacks and are contributing to their respective communities. They came out of home and embraced the challenges to change Bangladesh’s economy, politics, social culture and many other profound sectors. However, women’s contributions to our society over the decades have drawn the attention of developed nations and recognize Bangladesh as a role model for women empowerment.
Even a couple of years ago, we could not imagine a woman taking part in real estate sphere and exploring their strength in this field. Now, the tables have turned and females are ordaining noteworthy contributions and taking leads to affirming such business. Thus, Bproperty warmly applauds all the women personnel of the organization who have pledged to achieve more, explore and be the change!

Ever since Bproperty started its property based one-stop solution business in Dhaka, the company proceeded with the minimal number of personnel and lesser women employees. At present, a generous percentage of women is pursuing the company mission and endeavors. Besides, our female squad is serving leading fundamental departments of the organization with full pride and passion. Bproperty has perceived “the changes” they have incorporated in regard to company goal integration and advancement and aspired to be Bangladesh’s Largest Real Estate Marketplace. The country can bring forth women rights and gender equality when we comprise men and boys to strive for it. The most bizarre truth is, it is men who demean and keep women within their shackles. A few too many of them admit that mothers’ or wives’ empowerment benefits the entire family. We must get rid of such prejudice and dream for brighter future. Hence, women will not be disgraced being called “women” but honored.
