Clearance of Names
This process of choosing a company name has been computerized since 2003. After checking the availability of the desired name, the businessman has to apply online on the RJSC website. The status of the application can be checked online. This usually takes no longer than one working day. A print of the name clearance certificate must be submitted to the RJSC.
Payment of Stamp Fees
For share capital of Tk 1,000,000, the fee is Tk 2,500.
Stamps for the Articles of Association and the Memorandum of Association are included.

You can get this from the city corporation, this is split between north and south.
