Each year, REHAB (Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh) organizes the country’s largest real estate fair, the REHAB Fair with this year’s fair scheduled to begin on 21st December 2017. Like previous years, this five-day long event will take place at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) till December 25th.
Last year, 150 real estate companies and around 30 financial institutions participated in REHAB fair. Thus, the event successfully generating around 14.33 Billion BDT from property sales and bookings. This year, REHAB is expecting this to surpass the previous amount.
About REHAB & The REHAB Fair
REHAB was formed in 1991 with just only 11 members with a view of promoting the properties in Bangladesh. Currently, they have a total of 1040 members and are the only association of real estate companies in Bangladesh. Over the years, they have successfully arranged several REHAB fairs in Bangladesh and abroad and through this fair, REHAB brings all the related institutions under one roof allowing buyers to easily complete all the formalities of a property purchase and allowing developers an opportunity to increase their sales.
