Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree from a reputed university, International institutions are preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience. Proven track record of leading Tech friendly, growing formal Organization Development interventions at different levels of system, consulting with key stakeholders to assess needs and offer recommendations/solutions to their challenges, and facilitating team performance improvement and change initiative.
• Formal coaching education and experience required.
• Experience in project management and specifically experience in training & development.
• Knowledgeable about instructional design methodology and application for effective professional learning.
• Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams and managing teams of professionals.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
• High level of proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel & HRMS systems.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Exemplary ability to manage multiple tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and accurately in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment.


• Experience Requirements: 5 to 6 Years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, People Management, learning, technology industries will be preferred.


• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or relevant fields from a reputed University.
• Online certification related to front-end web development will be preferred
