About Job:

As a Product Advisor for Bproperty, your role involves collecting property listings, verifying their accuracy, and uploading them to the website using a relevant app. You will also be responsible for refreshing and creating content for listings, overseeing the product acquisition process, and coordinating with the legal department to ensure all property documents are in order. Additionally, you will need to provide support to salespeople during property viewing and present new products to the sales team. Negotiating prices with sellers and ensuring the satisfaction of both the seller and buyer is also a key responsibility. Your success in this role will require strong negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the real estate market.

Job Requirements:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, loans, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value, with basic understanding on real-estate investment.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare & Assist necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Be complete service focused and be available whenever a client needs to communicate.
• Maintain CRM software to update daily tasks and provide transparency to management.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders, maintain smooth communication with peers and managers.
• Develop networks, build and manage relationships with existing clients and potential clients to get the first and repetitive business.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices and policies
• Be ethical in conducting business and maintaining transparency with the employer.

• MS Office skills mostly in excel and MS word
• Ability to learn how to use CRM and other related software

• Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline from a reputed university.
