About Job:

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for serving the clients with advertising solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and business development, a strong understanding of digital advertising, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Requirements:

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for ad placements and related services.
• Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships to expand our client base.
• Develop proposals and pitches to sell ad placements, landing pages, production house services, paid blogs, social media management, content designs, and other related services.
• Work with the marketing team to create customized advertising packages and campaigns to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality advertising materials and designs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue, and performance.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in digital advertising or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM software.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, social media management, and content design is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
