About Job:

As a Property Advisor, your primary responsibility is product acquisition and transaction. You will collect accurate property information using an internal app and maintain an up-to-date database. Building strong relationships with property owners, you will negotiate agreements and commissions while providing exceptional client service. You will manage client requirements, arrange property viewings, and facilitate tri-party meetings between owners and tenants. Your keen negotiation skills will be essential in securing the best property prices for clients. Ultimately, your role is pivotal in successfully closing deals and ensuring revenue collection in accordance with agreements. This position requires market knowledge, effective communication, adaptability, and the willingness to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Utilize an internal app to collect accurate and comprehensive information on available properties.
• Regularly update and maintain the existing database of collected property information.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with property owners, understanding their requirements, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Create and negotiate agreements, such as Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), with property owners, defining terms, conditions, and commission structures.
• Efficiently manage clients (tenants) by understanding their property preferences and arranging property viewings accordingly.
• Facilitate tri-party meetings involving the property owner, tenant, and yourself to address any queries or concerns and ensure smooth communication.
• Negotiate property prices with property owners on behalf of clients, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Follow through on successful negotiations, facilitating the closing of deals between property owners and tenants.
• Collect revenue from property owners in accordance with the agreed-upon commission structure outlined in the MOU.
• Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and regulations to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients.


• Experience requirement: 1-2 Years
• Freshers are encouraged to apply


• Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline from a reputed university.
