However, don’t go too trendy on this one which might incur a more substantial expense.

Secondly, cabinets are of great use when you install it in the kitchen. It will change the perception of the new buyer if they notice a suitable and standard cabinet in there. So, if don’t have a cabinet already, get one! There are plenty of home decor showrooms where you’d get lucrative kitchen fixtures. Also, don’t forget to display all your beautiful kitchen appliances. That way the buyers will get a hint of the living experience there and might just do the trick for you.

Also, you can easily remold the tiles on your own! Since sanitary wares are expensive, change only the fittings you must need. Then again, you might want to replace the bathroom mirror. It will add a cleaner and newer look there which most buyers want.

People have a natural inclination to light and air in their home. So, you would want to maximize this opportunity to boost up your price. All you need to do is add up some LED lights where it will perfectly suit your apartment. Best if you can replace the ceiling lights with them. Also, if you have pre-installed cabinets, use that. It is a relatively less expensive upgrade. Plus, you can always take away the lights with you if you want!

If you think this would be a hassle, then at least give your entrance hallway and the living room a proper makeover. It will also compliment the lighting upgrades. Although, don’t stress about picking the color. Keep it simple with light grey or beige or any neutral shades of your choice. That way, you can keep the cost down as well.

So, all you have to do is put up a big smile and give your buyers a warm welcome. When they see the price you are offering truly rationalizes the property being presented; buyers would happily pay for it. Make sure you bake them a cake once they agree with the right price!
